Debjani is a Senior Manager within the ESG and Supply Chain practice areas of Protiviti’s Business Performance Improvement consultancy. Her primary focus is to develop the Sustainable Operations business solution and to lead client engagements.
Debjani has 13 years of engineering and business experience helping organizations to meet their operational and sustainability goals. Debjani is highly passionate about sustainability and the environment. She has extensive experience managing energy, water, and waste projects for mission critical entities, both public and private, to enhance operational efficiency and reduce carbon footprint. Debjani is an avid problem solver, trained in Lean Six Sigma principles, with a proven track record of transforming business, supply chain, and operational processes.
Debjani is committed to bolstering the importance of diversity and inclusion at both Protiviti and the client organizations that she supports. Debjani has served as a steering committee member on the diversity and inclusion committees of large industrial organizations throughout her career.
